Ingredients
  1. Vanilla Protein - 2 Scoops
  2. Rolled Oats - 2 tbsp
  3. Bananas - 2
  4. Unsweetened Almond Milk - 1 cup
  5. Cold Water - 1/2 cup
  6. Honey - 1 tsp
  7. Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  8. Ice Cubes - 4
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. P.S - If your using oats and you have an ostomy may be worth you blending them before you do this recipe;
